Ross Gunning

Ross Gunning is the Managing Director of Ten Consultancy Services Ltd, established in 2010.

Ross’s background for the last 15 years is UK and overseas investment, commercial property and furnished holiday let capital allowance claims, retirement planning, asset reallocation and business development consultation.

Over the years he has consulted with Irish clients and worked with a number of financial institutions on a range of projects in Belfast, Dublin, London, Paris and the Cote d’Azur.

Ross has been working with a panel of Independent Financial Advisors for four years as an introducer to their financial services, particularly, Pension, SIPP, QROPS and the related investment products.

Currently he is working in association with a G60 qualified Advisor specialising in the area of reviewing client’s Defined Contribution (Final Salary) Pension Schemes which are affected by the changes to pensions from April 2015 and confirmed in the Taxations of Pensions Act 2014.

Sonia Dawson

Sonia Dawson is the Client Account Manager at Ten Consultancy Services Ltd.

In the last 17 years Sonia has worked in a competitive business environment dedicated to managing client’s expectations on a daily basis. She started her career in 1998 as the UKs youngest appointed Branch Manager at the time for one of the largest car hire companies in the world.

Sonia has worked with a National Company specialising in Middle Management Training with one client being an International News Agency with offices worldwide and has been responsible in looking after an extensive client base of Company CEO’s, Vice Presidents and Managing Directors.

Currently Sonia is responsible for case management, administration, accounting practices and office management within Ten Consultancy Services.

Paul Fieldhouse

Paul is an Entrepreneur, Public Speaker and experienced business leader, principal of Hyperion growth Ltd & Hyperion CCS Ltd. Paul runs these successful business helping business owners and executives to grow their business and themselves to meet their goals, business aspirations and ultimately their bottom line.

A director in a few companies and with clients who have impressive records of growth and awards under his guidance, there is no doubt in his ability to help grow businesses, having won awards himself in Marketing & Sales excellence.

Driving motivation and improving culture within businesses is his expertise, from motivational talks through to a strategic and stepped approach to growing a business through growing its people.

Paul during the last 10 years has assisted Ross as a Business Development Mentor and presently is the Business Growth Expert working in association with Ten Consultancy Services and their small and medium size business clients.

He uses a unique and effective system for developing the sales and marketing strategy of businesses and has amassed many years of experience with getting you to successfully implement the systems and strategies designed to achieve demanding growth targets.
