How do I get started?

The sooner you contact us the quicker we can get started, the process is really simple and set out below :

1. Complete your details on the Quick Start form to the right of this page and we will contact you at a convenient time for an initial discussion on your circumstances or call us on 028 91 856991.
2. We will ask you to complete some initial paperwork to allow us to write off to your current Pension Providers to obtain a transfer pack including current cash equivalent transfer values for your Pension Scheme(s) This can be done either by Royal Mail post, visiting you in the comfort of your own home or by meeting at our offices were you will receive a warm welcome and a cup of hot chocolate.

It is important to note that at this early stage you are not committing yourself to anything. You are under no obligation to proceed and if you don’t go ahead with freeing any money you don’t pay any fees. It is FREE to find out your options.

On signing the initial paperwork we write off to your pension provider(s) to obtain the required information. Please note this can take several weeks although we will keep you updated at regular intervals.

Once we have all the information back from your pension provider we will contact you to discuss your options and assess whether Pension Freedom is suitable for you.
We will take into account your personal circumstances, so if you receive any state benefits we will let you know how they’ll be affected. We look at any potential tax issues and will, of course, discuss any charges or penalties that your current pension provider may apply.

If you decide to proceed with our Pension Freedom Services this will only happen after you have had a face to face meeting with our Independent Financial Advisor received and signed off on a full written report detailing the advice. This will include all costs and charges so you can be sure that any decision you make is from an informed position. We will complete all your forms for you and look after you through the whole process from start to finish.
